SHIPPING

All packages are shipped using Royal Mail. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from Ballycastle, Northern Ireland. Transit times vary from 2-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, but we will be happy to replace any order that is significantly damaged during shipping. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@thewoodpileprovisions.com within 3 days of delivery of your order with the subject line "Shipping Damage." In the body of your email, please include a description of the problem and a picture of the damage, and we will respond accordingly.
